In a breach of contract suit arising from the hiring of one of plaintiff's former employees by defendant, judgment on the pleadings for plaintiff is affirmed over defendant's claims that the clause under which plaintiff had recovered was a restrictive covenant on third parties without their consent, and was thus unenforceable as a matter of public policy.
