Potenzo v. The Illinois Workers' Comp. Comm'n, 1070077WC

In the matter of injuries sustained when the claimant was attacked while on the job, denial of claim for benefits brought pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act is reversed and the matter remanded to the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission for further proceedings where the manifest weight of the evidence established that the injuries which the claimant sustained arose out of and in the course of his employment, and, as a consequence, he is entitled to benefits under the Act.
