Conviction for predatory criminal sexual assault is affirmed over claims that: 1) defendant was denied a fair trial when (a) the State withheld certain DNA-related evidence, (b) the State withheld certain evidence that could have been used to impeach the victim, and (c) the State made improper comments during rebuttal argument; and 2) defendant is entitled to one additional day of credit against his sentence for time served. Defendant's sentence is modified and the matter remanded with instructions that the trial court amend the sentencing order to reflect a $20 fine under the Act.
