ZEBROSKI v. STATE OF DELAWARE, 482, 2001

Denial of post-conviction relief is affirmed where 1) trial counsel's failure to advocate a more expansive voir dire and failure to present a case for mitigation during the penalty phase, and 2) appellate counsel's failure to present a "lingering doubt" argument, did not amount to ineffective assistance.
