In a capital murder matter, Defendant's conviction is affirmed where: 1) because defense counsel did not request Keenan counsel, the trial court did not fail to rule on such a request; and 2) Defendant pointed to no particular characteristic of the participants in the photo lineups at issue that made the lineups impermissibly suggestive.
