Affirming the denial of an anti-SLAPP motion to dismiss a suit for malicious prosecution filed by a company that had no involvement in the transaction at the center of a previous lawsuit where the plaintiff in the malicious prosecution suit had advised the other parties who had refused to settle the case because the plaintiff was able to demonstrate that it had demonstrated the probability of success on its claim as required by the anti-SLAPP analysis.
