Doolittle v. Exchange Bank, A143422
In an action challenging orders of the probate court authorizing defendant, the trustee for plaintiff's mother's trust, to use trust assets to defend against two actions plaintiff has filed challenging the disposition of the trust estate under an amendment to the trust, the probate court's orders are affirmed over claims that the provision of the amendment that authorizes these expenditures may not be enforced until the validity of the amendment containing the authorization has been adjudicated.
