Sentencing of defendant on three counts of felony is reversed where the trial court erred in admitting a prior felony conviction of second degree assault from the State of Washington for purposes of imposing an enhanced punishment, and where previous, unsworn statements of defendant, his attorney, and the victim after trial court had accepted defendant's guilty plea were also inadmissible to prove a strike.
