California Court of Appeal
Lane v. City of Sacramento, C060744
In plaintiffs' consolidated cases against the City of Sacramento, seeking to hold the city liable for injuries they sustained when one of the plaintiff's car struck a concrete divider on a city street, trial court's grant of summary motion in favor of defendant is reversed as, the city did not offer sufficient evidence to meet its initial burden of establishing it was entitled to judgment as a matter of law under Gov. Code section 835.
