Conviction for pimping, pandering, conspiracy to solicit prostitution, and willful failure to appear is affirmed as a pimp can be convicted of a conspiracy to solicit prostitution with his prostitutes as the uncharged coconspirators. Case is remanded for resentencing as the trial judge's finding of sophistication and professionalism as an aggravating circumstance violated defendant's constitutional right to a jury trial.
