In an action brought by a former employee against UPS raising causes of action for discrimination, failure to provide reasonable accommodation, breach of an implied contract to terminate only for good cause, and defamation, summary judgment for UPS is affirmed as plaintiff failed to present substantial evidence that the decision to terminate him for an integrity violation was anything more than a mistake by demonstrating triable issues of pretext, bad faith, or malice.
