Petitioner has submitted a “Motion Order to Show Cause,” which this Court has treated as a petition for writ of mandamus. The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby transferred, pursuant to Harvard v. Singletary, 733 So. 2d 1020 (Fla. 1999), to the First District Court of Appeal.
