respondent's disbarment is effective thirty days from the date of the amended opinion; and

for the purpose of seeking reinstatement to the Bar, the period of disbarment shall not be deemed to begin until respondent files a sufficient affidavit pursuant to D.C. Bar R. XI, § 14
