-h(0 Ðparents,€Sara€and€Aaron€Gilbert.€€As€Hicks€explained€in€paragraphÏ13€of€his€trial€complaint,€ð ð[¢t]hat£€.€.€.€transfer€was€made€to€avoidÏany€attachment€of€the€property€for€the€debts€of€[Hicks]€which€hadÏnot€been€reduced€to€judgment.ðð€€Hicks€claims,€but€appellees€deny,Ïthat€the€¢Gilberts£€did€not€give€consideration€for€the€property€orÏpay€transfer€taxes.€€He€also€claims,€and€the€appellees€also€deny,Ïthat€the€parties€orally€agreed€to€compensate€Hicks€for€hisÏcontributions€and€investments€in€the€property€in€the€event€it€wasÏsold.Ìà  àThe€¢Gilberts£€moved€for€summary€judgment€on€the€grounds€thatÏthe€parties€agreed€to€the€material€fact€of€the€furtive€motiveÏbehind€the€conveyance€and€that€the€unclean€hands€doctrine,€asÏexamined€in€òò¢Manown£óó,€precluded€him€from€seeking€redress€for€anyÐ
