Section 450ff. Fort Vancouver National Historic Site; establishment

      For the purpose of establishing a Federal area of national
    historical importance for the benefit of the people of the United
    States, to be known as the "Fort Vancouver National Historic Site,"
    the Administrator of General Services and the Secretary of the Army
    are authorized to transfer to the Secretary of the Interior,
    without exchange of funds, administrative jurisdiction over such
    federally owned lands and other property, real or personal, under
    their jurisdiction, including the site of the old Hudson's Bay
    Company stockade in the State of Washington, as they shall find to
    be surplus to the needs of their respective agencies, such
    properties to be selected, with their approval, by the Secretary of
    the Interior for inclusion within the national historic site.
