CALIFORNIA WELFARE AND INSTITUTIONS CODE SECTION 1200-1201 
1200.  The Controller of the State shall, on requisition of any of
the institutions under this chapter, duly audited by him, draw his
warrant on the State Treasurer for any moneys duly appropriated to
pay for the necessary expenditures in the establishment and
maintenance of such school, and the State Treasurer shall pay the
same from the appropriations provided therefor.



1201.  For each person committed to any state school the county from
which he was committed shall make payments to the state as provided
in Section 911 of this code.
