CALIFORNIA PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE SECTION 600 
600.  A public utility acquiring real property by eminent domain
shall provide relocation advisory assistance and shall make any of
the payments required of public entities by Chapter 16 (commencing
with Section 7260) of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code.
