4001.  Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in
this chapter govern the construction of this division.



4002.  "Board" means the State Board of Forestry and Fire
Protection.


4003.  "Department" means the Department of Forestry and Fire
Protection.


4004.  "Director" means the Director of Forestry and Fire
Protection.
