CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 814-814.2 
814.  Nothing in this part affects liability based on contract or
the right to obtain relief other than money or damages against a
public entity or public employee.



814.2.  Nothing in this part shall be construed to impliedly repeal
any provision of Division 4 (commencing with Section 3201) or
Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 6100) of the Labor Code.
