CALIFORNIA FAMILY.CODE SECTION 1600-1601 
1600.  This chapter may be cited as the Uniform Premarital Agreement
Act.


1601.  This chapter is effective on and after January 1, 1986, and
applies to any premarital agreement executed on or after that date.
