CALIFORNIA FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE SECTION 4131 
4131.  The City and County of San Francisco may appropriate and pay
over to the 1-A District Agricultural Association for the general
uses and purposes of the association such sums of money as the city
and county may determine.
