CALIFORNIA ELECTIONS CODE SECTION 11328-11329 
11328.  A recall election shall be conducted, canvassed, and the
results declared in substantially the manner provided by law for a
regular election for the office.



11329.  One election is sufficient for the recall of several
officers.
