CALIFORNIA CORPORATIONS CODE SECTION 5000-5001 
5000.  This division shall be known and may be cited as the
Nonprofit Corporation Law.



5001.  This division of the Nonprofit Corporation Law, or any part,
chapter, article or section thereof, may at any time be amended or
repealed.
